I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the CBD Suzhou new district was perfect for me as it allowed easy access to all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. From room service to dry cleaning, the hotel offered an array of services that were convenient and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. I particularly appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it provided a peaceful and quiet environment. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch and the television and telephone were in excellent working condition. The carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room and the dining options in the hotel were fantastic. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day and the restaurant served delicious meals. The staff at this hotel truly made me feel like a VIP and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends.

I loved the convenience of the location adjacent to a large shopping mall, where I could find anything I needed. The staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Also, the breakfast had a great variety of both Western and Chinese options.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. the breakfast was fantastic! We loved the variety of Chinese and Western food, especially the warm noodle service. , the hotel's proximity to a large shopping mall made it super convenient to get everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the clean room and the comfortable bed that added the cherry on top of the cake.

The wifi was a bit slow at times, which made it inconvenient to plan our day trips in Suzhou. , we were disappointed to find out that the hotel didn't have a gym, so we couldn't work out during our stay.

Stayed in a hotel above a large shopping center, which made it very convenient to shop. The 24-hour convenience store outside the hotel was a delight, and we loved the many restaurants around. The breakfast was delightful, and we had many options to choose from. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very new and well-maintained. The shower was great, and we even had a retractable clothesline in the bathroom.

There was no gym on the premises, which was a little disappointing.

The breakfast had a good variety of Chinese food and the location inside the mall was convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel room was comfortably equipped with all the essentials.

The cleanliness was not up to par and there were hygiene issues with the toilet and mugs. the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made things challenging at times.
